One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been the opportunity to lead and manage diverse teams. I have successfully managed projects, ensuring efficient execution and collaboration across various roles, including engineering, QA, documentation, professional services, and technical support.

I believe in the power of effective communication and documentation to promote self-service methods and unblock team members. I’m experienced in working with remote and distributed teams, leveraging my leadership skills to create a cohesive and productive work environment.

In my role as a Scrum Master, I’ve championed the use of Agile methodologies and helped teams to better plan and execute their sprints. By establishing a clear "Definition of Done" and encouraging the planning of small, manageable stories, I’ve been able to guide my teams towards greater success.
